This privacy policy describes the information we process to provide the products and services accessible through KeeCash.
KeeCash is the controller of the data collected in connection with the provision of the products and services described in the general terms and conditions of use and sale of KeeCash services.
The data collected may be that of the KeeCash customer accessing virtual cards (electronic signatory at sign-up and at payment of the Contract entered into with KeeCash).

What personal data do we collect and for what purposes?
The data collected is necessary to manage your order and provide our services. Some data is also collected to fulfil our regulatory obligations in the fight against fraud, money laundering and the financing of terrorism. Finally, some data is collected for internal analysis to help us improve our services.

This information is collected directly from you with your authorisation and may be verified to fulfil our regulatory obligations.
Who may your data be shared with?
Data may be shared with the partners who enable us to offer KeeCash products and services, for their execution, management, processing and payment. Your emails may exceptionally be used for marketing purposes. Your data may be processed outside the European Union, given that KeeCash is a company operating mainly towards Africa.
How and for how long is your data kept?
This data is kept for 7 years after the termination of the KeeCash customer's contract, in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations and to enable us to improve and personalise KeeCash products and services. After this period, and unless requested by the regulator or an administrative authority, your data will be erased from our systems.
What are your rights over your personal data?

How do you consent to the collection of your data?
By accepting this privacy policy and by accepting the general terms and conditions of use of KeeCash services and the general terms and conditions of KeeCash customer service, you agree that your data may be collected and processed in accordance with this privacy policy.
What happens if you refuse the collection and processing of your data?
If you refuse the collection and processing of your data, the Contract cannot be performed. Access to our services may then be removed. KeeCash is also designed to be particularly attentive to its customers' needs. That is one of the reasons we use cookies.
